Celeste is passionate about supporting Laramie families, with a particular focus on addressing family homelessness. Raised by a single mother, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges parents and children face to her nonprofit work. A former team member of UW's Service, Leadership, and Community Engagement (SLCE) Office, she holds an MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management.
